Many, many, unknowns. Do the incumbents such as Western Union try to discredit this technology (think of the fun and games A2 Milk Co have had batting against the established players) or is it easier for them to just buy DCC out and shut them down or adopt the technology for their own established operations.  A bit of banging on about security threats would be one such angle they could take for the former, and the latter we have seen happen time and time again whenever established players in an industry feel threatened by a newcomer.

At this stage the new tech is unproven (or, rather, uptake of the new tech is unproven) but I think DCC are onto something and I think we can be pretty confident that the likes of Western Union aren't just looking the other way.
