I had been keeping tabs on the Sydney site via Nearmap. Does look like there is some site works going on. Might go for a look when I get back from Holidays.
There was also another article about DataCentresLimited who have a DataCentre in Perth and are "looking" at IPO'ing in January with plans to eventually do a national roll-out. Haven't done much Due-Dillgence on them. I think they have only just opened, and might have been using POD design, but don't quote me.
