Evolution have recently downgraded based on similar values. The inital first wave of covid has mostly passed with the majority of people already exposed combined with the relaxation of close contact rules. However the loss of key operational personal for a week due to a postive test will continue for the foreseeable future. With the current state of play carry additional people on the books to cover these vacancies is very difficult / expensive.
