Yeah until these moron politicians start treating covid like the flu, and stop V mandates. That has sent a lot of workers packing. Even if its just 5-10% of people in the mining industry it all adds up! Unfortunately, governments made such a drama for an illness that mainly affects the elderly and pressured, scared and forced so many companies into implementing strict health protocols. Now we are seeing the flow on effects of this. Taking place in an already inflation heavy environment. A double blow. But people get what they voted for!
