for a moment i thought she was going to revisit the 40s, but reading the China news showed some signs of promise. i know the data wasnt great but taking the market is forward looking and the Chinese gov is looking to stimulate the economy and stated that it would do what it needed to ensure growth continued and the cutting of rates thought it reinvigorate activity. but yeah who knows
