this stock seems to trade in range'ish.
given its low volume it's possible that almost all of the trades are by the market maker for liquidity purposes.
if it continues to trade in range its fair to assume it will hit .40
then back up. however the volume seems to be slim and the short interest is about 7mil. just a shtty time in the market with all the interest rate hikes etc. she'll be right
