If I had to start again and knowing what I know now then yes I'll probably go the ETF path.
It's in the PTM Asian fund... For 13 or so years now. As I said they've done well. The 12% per annum sounds about right. The $2m is close to $5m last time I checked. But the last 10 or so years have had massive Asian expansion. Probably time for a hard think on it soon.

Still 12% is a pushover when one can do 19% on the ASX compounded.
