I have managed to wangle and fandangle my way back in to AIS at an average of 11c myself, after a lot of stop lossing entry and exits, not exactly in love with this management team (hence the small amount invested so far), but a good metals price recovery story and I'm in below W H Soul Patts average so bit of a binary outcome now from here. Either AIS can't turn all the operations around and its administration time soon, or some metals price tailwinds and/or management somehow miraculously pulls off some cost-cutting/inflationary forces and an operational turnaround.

The market will take a lot of convincing, and the terrible consolidation and vast number of shareholders well and truly underwater will weigh down the SP for a while so not expecting this to be quick. Could be worse though - they could be an underground WA Ni sulfide miner.....
