The W HSP loan seems to me to be designed to protect its position . I would think the default clause will be Hair triggered, and any default is likely to be acted upon quickly, and AIS will disappear.

I read somewhere, where part of the loan involved the finalisation of facility with I believe Anz.

AIS then is at the mercy of Soul. It’s likely to pick up the company for the price of the loan.

Without a recovery in the copper price, it would appear doomed.

I sold a third of my shares prior to the trading halt, and then got caught by that halt. I’ve now sold the rest of my shares and will not consider buying back unless the company is making cash flow positive. I doubt that that will occur.
Though the copper price will eventually improve I think it could take up to 2 years. AIS hasn’t got that time.
