You are correct. Company is Air New Zealand.
But this is incorrect "The company is a few breaths away from insolvency". They are currently technically insolvent. The only thing keeping them away from receivership is the NZ govt comiting future generations of kiwis to a cycle of tax based grant repayments. By October 2021 they had received over NZ$156,000,000 in wage subsidy payments.
