Cap raise will only happen as part of a clause within government funding.
So in the scenario of AIZ burning all its cash and dipping into government loan. If things get dire, government has the right to forced AIZ to do a capital raise to repay debt.
it is a possibility but 2-3 things have to fail first to reach this.
I believe once public / media get over the ‘ second wave ‘ fear mongering there will be a return of optimism despite situation.,
there is a rising move for positive / uplifting stories and as crazy as it sounds, the positive narrative combined with a drop is cases which will be portrayed as the decline in second wave will reignite the bull market.
