I know this because most NZ radio stations, news channels, and parliament have said so. I hear it repeated most mornings before work They didn't test them at the borders even though one was already showing symptoms of covid.
As much as international media has mad NZ look amazing with the way we have handled COVID19, there is A LOT of room for improvement
I also believe Air Nz was not testing staff members returning from other countries before our lockdown "as it was not convenient". Very poor response/reason from a global company if you ask me.
