AGM addresses were monumentally disappointing. Nothing new was revealed.

AJLucas has no plan beyond moth-balling PNR, being " driller of choice ", and waiting for government to change decision and allow fracing.

It has other areas of exploration. They also target Bowland shale - the horizon development banned at PNR.

How long is AJL prepared to wait for government to change its decision. How long can AJL pay bills without prospect of financial return short-term or in medium future. P.M. is now speeching about Green Energy Revolution future. Bowland shale, wherever it is, cannot play a part in it.

AJL applied to government for, and was granted, authorisation to explore and develop resources, carried out its legal obligations and is now prevented by government decision from completing its work.

Substantial money has been spent, is still being spent, doing government authorised intellectual, field, and associated administrative work. Investors have risked their capital on that basis and it has been destroyed by arbitrary cavalier government action.

Without a new energetic plan AJL share price will continue flat lining with shareholders wealth and industry jobs permanently destroyed.

It is not appropriate, sufficient, or discharge of Directors responsibility to shareholders to limply wait in hope government will change its decision and allow fracing.

AJLs new plan should be : initiate legal proceedings to overturn government decision.
claim recovery of all monies spent progressing government authorised legal work from government.
initiate legal recovery of financial damages from all individuals, groups, publications pressuring government to block
Bowland shale work.
recover all money disbursed to community groups.
