Good point and spot on. Kerogen own most of debt and the company stake (60%) but will take up future CR which will convert to equity.
So current holders will be diluted heavily but debt should be paid off quicker.
IF AND BIG IF SP increase before the CR, then the dilution for shareholders will be less painful. But there is a dark force here that has been keeping the sp down for years.
