TGN, Not sure how it works in Australia but under GAAP accounting, a company can't consolidate another entitiy unless it has a controlling interest (50.1%+). Below that, the equity method is used. My guess is that it is similar in Australia. I doubt whether book is all that important in this case anyway. We're after something much bigger.
