Hi all, I was just outlining the process that some are prepared to go through to do a T/O and the only candidate that could possibly do it it would be Optimum Nano, and as I trust SOS's thoughts on this, then it is probably not on at all.
Any capping if it is happening would just be by bots trying to accumulate at a low price for a fund of some description.
It may not be any of that at all but rather some longer term large shareholders just selling to move onto what they think are greener pastures.
Despite all of that non committence to anything, if there is to be a mix of debt and equity for finance, then the player in getting the equity has no interest in the SP going up from here. They would prefer it to be low for a larger number of shares for the same price. So providing there is not too much demand for them to play games, why wouldn't they attempt to keep the price low??
If there is further dilution for financing, then I hope there is a 5-1 consolidation of the shares as well, as getting past 1.5B shares is just too many, and despite in not really making one iota of difference, there are actually funds that wont buy shares that are sub $1, as they are perceived as penny dreadfulls.
Once financing is complete and a consolidation of shares, we will be past $1 in no time flat
