Could be. Certainly it seems to get the brake every time it looks like breaking out.
However O.N already have $40M locked in. I expect the balance to come from a Chinese wealth fund via loans. script and or equity.
I tend the think what's happening with PLS and AJM looks more like the work of one of the big funds... maybe Mac Bank. It is what it is and at some stage they will have trouble holding it down.
