I don't know about that to be honest. Appears more like a recycling of shares to impact price movement. I don't think it is any coincidence that low side sells shares would be scooped up by the overly zealous pre-market buyers who are willing to pay premium for a share that has been constantly manipulated down. It appears to me that these shares are either being recycled, or they are passing between to collaborating parties. The questions is to what end?
