Great piece of perspective. Contributes to the positive narrative that is out there. Technicals represent more short term momentum. It could sometimes be an indication of the current opinion of major players. A reluctance to participate despite the derisking by good managements. It could be that it isn't big enough in their opinion to jump in yet or they have other fires to put out at the moment.
Whatever it is, the momentum tells the story: if they want a big piece of it right this moment, the price wouldn't be what it is right now. There will be a time for it to rise, you just have to have the solvency for your bet. "The market can be irrational for longer than you are solvent"
