we have already turned them down once. Reading between the lines JRO had been talking to AJM about a low ball takeover and were told no thanks... If they were going to take a low ball offer from JRO, it would be done by now IMO. Particularly if we follow your logic of BOD thinking a low ball offer now is better than one in the future.

I also think its a fairly safe assumption that once one offer is made public, there will be other offers given all the rumblings we have heard about attractive valuations in the lithium sector, and we know a number of companies are looking for lithium exposure.

Once two bidders are out in public, I just can't see how a low ball offer gets accepted. All IMHO and all that
