    In regards to hindsight, yes and no

    https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/31769302/single price was more optimistic based on where we were at the time. The logic was the same.

    In regards to the second question. If we were taken over in March most people would have reinvested that money. I wouldn't be assuming a 0% return on it into perpetuity.
