What if Ganfeng make an offtake with AJM through JRO after announcing their big contact with Tesla.
That would be an alternative for chinies business. Don't you think?
As far as I know AJM management does not promoting TO with others unless there is better offer on the table.
Last time AJM sp was around 35-40c when they announced the negotiations. Considering the premium under negotiations maybe around 30-40%, they might be negotiating around 40+ fegure for each share. Why would they consider 35c for TO.
If everything goes as the plan AJM will generate 110m usd each year (@550 usd per tone) which is around 40% of MC at 35c.
I don't think they are as dumb to execute TO at 35c.
And of course IMHO.
