ASX listing rules guidance note 31 explains the obligations on listed mining companies to report on a quarterly basis.
The company is required to deliver the reports no later than 1 month after the end of the quarter.
Why can't Altura produce the reports early in January, surely they can't be that hard to prepare. Then we will all know whats going on rather than wait till the end of Jan as the SP bleeds out.
