May be the bank that controls jro shares are selling them and buying back for themselves or another company because they can sell them when the price is under 15 cents at 11 cents it's a bargain I may buy some more up to 600 000 shares
shares can go to low or to high to there real value I've seen this with eml and mny3 in past year
