this is another concern, and I believe the board would be all over this. The purchases that need to take place buy JRO look unlikely to happen. We have to sell that product. there are multiple partners here so should be able to work something out..I'm sure that in the last re-negotiation of the off take with JRO a time line would have been put in place, for an effective cash purchase to take place, and if that does not happen, the whole off take contract could be torn up. I'm sure that the product will not go begging, me think it's been sold twice, with an out clause
