    so JRO can meet its obligations by offering 250,000,000 shares as forfeit for payment if this years take off volume? Would be very generous of AJM to then accept early termination of the off take agreement and offer the output to Ganfeng instead...

    With Lionergy selling their stake too, perhaps Ganfeng is itself positioning to take the lot and clear the decks for a big JV, perhaps VW is looking for supply certainty? We might be able to help...
