I wondered about that, even if plant working well it’s not realistic to achieve that aim - do you know what the upshot if failure to repay is? Can they automatically take payment in the form of script? If so a low SP suits them but doubtful we’ll be in the same spot in over 12 months.

All AJM needs to do is show a plausible pathway to meeting their obligations, then renegotiating, refinancing or even capital raising before the deadline looks possible. If next quarter pans out as well as their forecasted costs/income then refinancing might be possible very soon...
