When in a recession there is still money people just reduce their spending. People are struggling to get a loan to move or do big renovations, My Son is a chippy and a number of big renovations his boss had lined up all fell through after the banking RC. Kitchen, bathrooms and decks will be big buisness as it is easy to redraw or top up those home loans with smaller amounts. Same with the share market at the moment. We can't get good interest rates with cash so people are looking for somewhere else to put their money let's hope the next few qtrs show that AJM is a good place to put it !!
