Back to the topic, hypothetically speaking, is it possible for 5 entities (people or business), to acquire just under 5%, then group together to then try a TO? This way, they can avoid the 5% & 20% disclosure requirements, until they can dig in deeper, aft this cheap price.

And yes, the words collusion, aggressive & hostile can be applied. Not to mention extreme paranoia (from me, haha).

I'm just trying to look at it from the other side's viewpoint of whether the financial gains for them will be worth all that trouble...
