In future, please don't use comments you 'think' I have said to bolster your own arguments in your posts.
At no point have I ever said that we should divert Lionenergy's allocation to J&R/ON and 'deny' Lionenergy product ? 
You need to go back and review the situation in its entirety:
1. There have always been
2 offtake partners, not one.

Both parties have always been aware that shipments were to be 'shared' (whether this was 50/50 each load or one for Lionenergy and then the next one for J&R/ON).
By sending J&R/ON
their original allocation as per their offtake agreement terms from the first shipment as has always been the 'understanding' from both parties, this cannot possibly damage the Lionenergy partnership as you suggest?
Sure..... Lionenergy have 'strategically' capitalised on what appears to be J&R/ON's misfortune and requested their entire 100Kt asap, however that is simply that - a request. One which AJM Management can consider, but do not have to accommodate under the original terms of both parties agreements.
My post was simply saying
IF and only
IF AJM Management wanted to 'test' the financial stability of the J&R/ON offtake agreement and find out now instead of 3-4 months down the track that they are not in a position to proceed (I am not saying that they won't pull through this they in fact could) they could advise J&R/ON that their first shipment as per the terms of their offtake agreement was at the port and see what happens.... and IMO that would be a strategic maneuver
IF they wanted to seek an alternate buyer due to financial concerns of J&R/ON.
Nothing 'Gung-Ho' about fulfilling the terms of the initial offtake agreements with both parties as it was originally understood IMO ?
Who knows, J&R/ON may stump up the letter of credit and accept the shipment ? Good ... works for me as it shows financial capacity, which from a business perspective (and an investor) is what I seek. If they reject the shipment then
we have the choice to void the contract and move to sign a new agreement with one of the numerous reported players seeking spod (lining up on doorsteps if you believe media reports) and obtain financial stability that way....
