Current price seems ridiculously cheap. Market cap is below USD 200 million.
It seems that current sales price for Spod will be around 800 USD / ton
If AJM achieves their DFS cost of production of around USD 300 / ton that leaves a whopping USD 110 million of EBIT (220.000t x USD500/t) for stage 1 alone.
Even if costs come in higher or sales price somewhat lower this company will be a serious cash generator very soon.
Long story short: I topped up another 200k shares on Friday at prices that I did not expect to see anymore. Thanks to whomever sold them to me.
