    So hypothetically.....if the director loaned money to the company, a couple million......and then converted this to shares at 0.001c and then the SP goes up to 1c or 2c or whatever, that would mean a huge gain?! If that is true then that's all they really have to achieve....nothing more. IMO DYOR
