    Let's use logical deduction to put you at ease. How many states will be in the register at open trading day? A normal days trading would mean what % of those? There are many many on here who have said they would sell to lock in the loss for offset of capital gains. Of course my comment was tongue in cheek....But the deduction therefore is that a huge amount will trade. If buyers appear.
