That's a very big question, and can depend on a lot of factors. For me:
1. For the stock itself: have the company fundamentals changed, or is there new tech that alters the demand for the product, etc
2. For the funds tied up: are there any other better opportunities around.
It'll be good to hear what others take into consideration...
