raizon, it sometimes pays to chase the stock up, the value and fundamentals were always there and even now at 20c IMO it is undervalued!
Of another note from the last 3B it would appear that 5.5M options may not have been converted, that is equivalent to nearly $1M profit lost by the holders of those options. Pity those not watching their shares, although a final 3B may reduce that amount.
