A good post which summarises the current risk/reward - the loan interest also an issue but there is nothing to suggest, with all forseable off-take spoken for, that they cant produce their way out of this. The initial production period is often the cash poor one - I'm thinking 12 months down the road, and have added 200% to a small parcel whilst its .19c and 60% off the highs. Looks better than 50/50 in the fullness of time.
