True- but the higher the dollar goes it will have a dampening effect on demand as the commodity inherently becomes more expensive to the end consumer. Not to mention the EM exposure to dollar denominated debt and the impact of tightening liquidity caused by a high dollar and the effect it has on discretionary spend (bigger risk) It's all about balance. Sure $1300 a Tonne would be great but there is more risk with a higher dollar IMO. If you put the DXY against LIT you will see the correlation quite clearly. I'm long AJM- I believe in the experienced management team, the quality of the resource and the market fundamentals. I'm just not happy with the dollar strength thats all and I would like to see some dollar moderation. If we have this I can see LIT performing well which will bode well for AJM,PLS,TAW etc.
