Hi Binwood, interesting to know whether its "permissible" or perhaps required as per reporting guidelines.
But yes its confusing and as I said in my post it may be up to the company whether they decide to put a note to the accounts, in TAW case it probably wasn't an issue as everyone already knows what their fixed price is (just subject to quality grading) and thus no confidentiality issues. Will AJM be so forthcoming with this information and should they or shouldn't they.
Thus my comment if they don't decide to note it, then the next quarterly report may not be so revealing on price as some may be hoping.
