I doubt it, we have a legally binding offtake to JRO. This would be honoured as long as credit letter is presented. If they defaulted on the credit letter, the ship would have gone to Lionergy but the market should have been informed. This would be a serious breach of the offtake agreement.
JRO may not be operating it's plant, but suspect it wont have trouble paying for Lithium and on-selling on the Chinese market.
