Payment is the "letter of credit" but yes, we wouldnt ship without it....and it's gauranteed payment. The concern in market is they (JRO) wont get the credit letter from the banks due to JRO financial position. Leaving us with Lithium not going anywhere....I dont see that happening as we can ship to Lionergy anyway.
Once/If JRO break the offtake agreement thats when we start to break away from that dodgy half-arsed company.
