I don't know why you think this should be of interest. Some of the complaints there are laughable...
No sick days paid out if you leave - they aren't annual leave days, vast majority of companies in Australia don't do this.
No payrises - how long has the project be going for? They expecting monthly payrises??
As for the pay complaint it's a free market - they aren't been forced to work. Don't like it don't go but that fact that people are tells me this is the new market rates and reflects supply and demand in the area now. It's not 2010 anymore.
