yeh its closer to $1.5 million p.a. and he will probrably receive bonuses on top of that this year, and youre right about the control strategy via DGR holding and indiviual holdings, no one can touch the subsidiaries, which fights off any hostile take over of a subsidiary to protect it till sale. So in a way its imperative the subsidiaries are controlled in this way for the benefit of maintaining control till the full value of the project is realized via controlled sale....and yes the directors and DGR do it to their benefit and so is their right in a way....they are ensuring a project.

Eventually to maximize benefit....as their individual holdings are sometimes greater than their benefit via DGRs holding in the subsidiary, they will have to theoretically produce an outcome that benefits all holders....and this in turn benifits DGR holders in conjunction with the sub holders

I can understand frustration if you've got making up to do, however once the ball is rolling at current MC a decent 100 mil sale can give you a special the same as the current SP and leave 50 mil in the bank.

If I was NM, I would want to have the projects lined up to have the ability for a progression of sales or near enough to it.
