    Not sure what they are thinking... Uganda ? No winners or happy endings there. I missed this news, and a bit surprised and disappointed. This is a distraction, and why not not put more effort in here ? Maybe they are sick of the high cost of doing business and the red tape / restriction on Vic tenements here in Oz....
