I had a quick look at NVG's last quarterly report, at the rate they are spending money I'd assume they are getting close to the bottom of the barrel.
Surely they have something up their sleeve whether it is a farm-in or another form of financing, especially considering they have new options over more land and intend to prove their resources which is a costly process.
