DGR is owed 25m by AJQ (ajq notes) so if we offer 35m we only have to come up with 10m, the rest just cancels our debt.
10m might be hard to come up with but they’ll something like raise new notes, it’s a 100m company so only having 10m debt attached to it should be pretty easy.
