    Ah the theory of it being manipulated downwards by some unknown power.

    What generally happens in real life is : if a institution REALLY wants to accumulate they buy -forcing the price upwards with large volume

    And this stock is not under the radar. Back in May 13 & Sep 14 it was under the radar.
