If all that was happening then the share price would be basing above its 50day, 200day MAs OR trending up- breaking out

Its Not.

The comments above are clearly wrong as what you've stated has been officially announced, the SP sits where it does regardless.

There is also an existing TA thread with nearly 600,000 views.

I must say I also have suspicions about someone who has there first post under this name and then 7 others in quick succession after that on HC ( this seems to suggest familiarity with the HC workings).
I would also wonder why you would change your name if indeed that's what's happened.
