1. Their revenues won't be greater.
2. They do a pumping announcement with 18 month out revenue projections, then raise at an EIGHTEEN percent discount the next day. I actually like the idea of YPB but comparing YPB management to AJX is chalk and cheese.
YPB just got pumped to retail holders so the next day they could the company could sell out to Instos at 18% discount.
