After reading this mornings newsletter it is fair to say the opportunity to buy is right now in the short term. i dont think it will ever be this good again... surely this price cannot be sustained or contained much longer.
great newsletter AJX! if sentiment wanes from this point forth, please just re-publish this news (even weekly if you have to).
looks like our long held belief is about to be vindicated.
