I think that is correct to a large degree - and, someone posted the other day that under the general market conditions atm and with the loss of fortitude for investing in risk - they were pretty happy with the way things were and were content to sit back and wait - I agree with that.
As to the actual costs now and in the short term - well, the only costs I see that are non productive for the business are the bills for the 3 amigos on the singing in Oz trip.
Those costs are to benefit the SP - into the future - as opposed to benefiting the business directly..
Even that won't kill us as, because, at the most, with the pace that Nick sets - I bet our American mates Dirk and Aaron - might just manage one last bottle of red before hitting the sack because they will be so exhausted - and, that will be about it.
Those costs won't show in the next 4C - but, will show in the following one of course. However, the revenue as we plug on into the next months just gets bigger.
If we had 1 million in the bank on the last report - I would say we would have an issue - but, we didn't - we had around 10 million and growing revenue. Also - once that extra inventory is in place - the invoices will start flowing out the door pretty quickly - so - IMO - the halves will show a solid jump.
If the cash burn stays anywhere near where it was or say plus 50% - it's a non issue. On the basis that 18.5 mil US is done and dusted for CY 16 ---------- that's (at 70 conversion) over $26 million Aussie.
That buys a hell of a lot of hamburgers and chips and the odd bottle of red. (Might want to buy an atlas for Dirk, so he knows where Tasmania is).
AJX seems to have everything going for it ----- right now a low risk stock market - but, with solid revenue coming and growing at present - instos probably about to move in - etc. etc. - which should swamp any small sellers - well, towards the end of the year and early into next year - I can see the entire picture changing.
Even if one looks at the stock graph and steps back ------ the stock looks solid - even though we are bored like bat poop on a daily and weekly basis.
